Mochita Prakriti completed her schooling at Cotton Hill Girls Higher Secondary School, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala in 1991. She completed her higher studies at H.H. Maharajas College For Women, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala in 1995. She got married on the 11th of August, 1999, and also has a son named Prayag Prakriti. Mochita is a reputed anchor in Kerala. She was the former director at Imcreation Media Entertainment Private Limited. Mochita worked as the host of the morning shows Udayamritam and Prarthana, telecasted on Amrita TV and Zee TV respectively. She is the director of Moksha - Journey To The Self, an organization that allows individuals to connect to spiritual teachings and conducts spiritual journeys. Mochita also works as one of the tour guides in these tours organized by Moksha, which include Mount Kailas and Vridavana Yatras.
