Smitha Nambiar

Smitha Nambiar is a known face in Malayalam television, and she is the anchor and producer of the show Let’s Talk. She is also the main producer of WE channel. She leads the channel’s shows in Thiruvananthapuram. Moreover, she is associated with Kairali TV for more than seven years. She has hosted a regular news-based quiz show that was aired on People TV. This show was aired for over three years. She also anchored a general quiz show Wonderland, which was telecasted on Kairali. It doesn’t stop with this. This busy anchor had also produced Dasavatharam, which was shown on WE channel. Smitha had always had the interest to be behind the scenes. But when she faced the camera at a juncture it dawned on her that she could carry it off well. This is how she started anchoring. 

Smitha had involved herself in the programme department of Asianet News and had worked as a research assistant in another TV,  Jeevan TV. She had also endeavored into freelance production work and emceeing before shifting to Bangalore. She got herself associated with People TV at the time of its launch. This is how she got involved in the production of three live shows. 

As far as Let’s Talk is concerned it deals with the issues of the individuals in the age group between 13 and 35. There are a plethora of topics covered in the show including psychological and social issues. But Smitha overcame hurdles of being an anchor of a talk show and became a successful presenter with the motivation of WE channel.
