Popularly known for her portrayal in Telugu super hit movie Hrudaya Kaleyam, Kavya Kumar is an Indian actress who prominently works in Telugu cinema. Daughter of a Businessman and Beautician, Kavya Kumar, was born on June 4, 1993, in Bengaluru. The Bangalore born actress completed her schooling at Rabindranath Tagore Public School. Following this, she appeared for college in Mount Caramel College, Bangalore. In 2014, Kavya Kumar was roped in to play the lead role opposite actor Sampoornesh Babu in the Telugu spoof action comedy Hrudaya Kaleyam.
Directed by Steven Shankar, the film opened to positive reviews and became a super hit. After her promising debut, the actress worked as a model and did photoshoots. In 2019, Kavya Kumar worked as a creative consultant in the documentary The Battle of Cricket. Kavya Kumar is a great admirer of cricket player Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The actress enjoys nomadic life and so she frequently takes solo trips. She is a big-time dog lover and owns two of them.
