Before entering the Bigg Boss house, she signed director MD Kaushik’s movie Muthina Pallaki. She said in an interview that she had been waiting for such a brave role since she started her career as a television actress and is quite excited about working with MD Kaushik, who is a reputed director in the Southern film industry. She also gave a glimpse of her role in the flick and said that she plays the character of a shepherdess who is so strong that she can even control the government of her area.

On being asked that whether she will bid goodbye to television after getting offers from Kannada films, her reply was that she would continue daily soaps since that is where she started her journey from.
