Manohar Gowda

Manohar Gowda is an Indian actor and comedian who works mainly in the Kanada film industry. He is famously known for his participation in the reality television show called Comedy Khiladigalu in 2018. Manohar was born on 22nd January in Mysore, Karnataka. Since his school and college days, he has been participating in dramas and skits. In 2018, Manohar got an opportunity to be a part of the show 'Comedy Khiladigalu Championship.

He was part of a five-member team, who were mentored by comedian Sa Re Ga Ma Viji. Manohar's team won at the finale of the program and received a cash prize of Rupees Four lakh. Manohar's popularity grew after the show. He started visiting schools and colleges as a guest of honor and performed solo acts at some events. In 2019, he got an opportunity to play a character in the film DichkiDezine, directed by Rana Chandru.

In September 2019, he announced on his social media page that he was going to participate in the Comedy Khiladigalu Season 3 solo competition broadcasted on the Zee Kanada channel. He came as the second runner up of the show. In April 2020, Manohar Gowda got honored at the Priya Parva on its 30th-anniversary celebrations. Apart from acting, Manohar has a great interest in direction. He has made several short films with his friends as the leads and has performed mini skits for school children.
