He was born on 6 October 1980 in Belgaum, Bengaluru, as Veera Prashanth Sambargi, to a well-fitted family. He was raised in a Hindu family where they all believe in Hinduism and are devoted followers of Hindu deities. He completed his early education at Webster High School, Bangalore. After that, he went to the PES College of Management Bengaluru and earned his degree, in Bachelor of Business Administration. In addition, he also pursued MBA after his under-graduation due to his keen interest in studies. For MBA, he enrolled in TASMAC College, Bangalore in the year 2000. After finishing his educational qualifications, he began his career as a Direct Selling Agent in Bangalore in 2001. Afterward, he was working at the Reliance InfoComm in 2002.

However, Prashanth contributed to the sales and marketing department of Reliance World in the beginning years. His motivation and dedication kept him working toward his goal in the journey. Later, he joined the business development department of Reliance World. In 2009, he left Reliance World and introduced Mars Realty, a real estate brokerage firm in partnership.
