Kiran Hegde is a well-known Indian film director, writer, and producer who works in Kannada films. He was born on December 5, 1981, in Menasi in Sirsi taluk of Uttara Kannada District. Hegde is famed for his psychological Crime Thriller work Manaroopa. Kiran is a trained communications professional. He worked in Bangalore before he got into filmmaking. His debut director and Scriptwriter work are Manapoora. He is a vivid nature lover and knows every forest near his village. He combined his passion for nature and filmmaking which resulted in the release of Manapoora.
