Kushee Ravi

Kushee Ravi was born 31^st January 1993 in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Kushee is one of the most talented actresses working in the Kannada film industry. She is also a model and appears in many commercials and also has done ramp walks for designers.

Kushee set out to be an actress soon after completing her studies. She acted in a few theatre plays and short films, and eventually made her debut on TV on the serial Ek Veere Ki Ardaas Veera. The show is televised on Star Plus and hence got a huge audience viewing her performances and she garnered appreciation from most of the viewers. In 2014, Kushee made her debut on the silver screen in Kannada film industry with Ala Ela, a romantic comedy directed by Aneesh Krishna, and Rahul Ravindram starting opposite Kushee.The movie is about a guy, who’s dying grandfather had a last wish, for him to marry a girl chosen by him from their village. Kushee once again, made a strong debut on screen and received huge appreciation from audiences and critics alike. After appearing in a couple short films, Kushee returned to films with Kalavu Thozirchalai in 2017. This was a totally different role from all the roles she has portrayed previously as all the other TV serials and films she worked on were light hearted comedies, Kalavu Thozirchalai was a heist thriller, directed by T Krishnaswamy, and once again Kushee excelled in the role.

The same year she was seen in Chamak, which was a box office super hit, another light heated comedy about an open hearted playboy type guy, who meets his match in the girl, whom his parents have set him up to marry. Kushee acted in a few more films, and then in 2020 her most memorable role to this day came, in the super hit movie Dia. The movie Dia is about the girl Dia who is an introvert, and falls for a guy in her college and tries to express her love to him. This the first movie she did, where she was the lone protagonist of the film.
