Rajesh Shukla is a renowned voice-over artist who is the voice behind our favorite Mickey mouse, James in Pokémon, Kiyo Takamine in Zatch Bell, and more. Rajesh Shukla was born on 23rd January 1988 in Allahabad, India. In 2009, he started learning to dub and became a dubbing director.
