Salil Deshpande was born and brought up in Pune and settled in Mumbai. He did his MBA at Tilak Nagar Vidya Mandir Dombivli. Salil was the senior web designer in a private company for nearly 7 years. He had been the Production Head at Reliance Media Works, since 2008.
