Karan Panthaky is a television-cum-film actor who made his acting debut during the mid-2000s. He made his first debut on small screen with a TV series’ Saarrthi’ which was telecast in 2004 on Star Plus TV channel. The actor made his stint in acting with this serial but left the series after eight months. The reason he cited then was that he did not like working in television. The other reason was that he got a bit role in Bollywood alongside Salman Khan. The movie that he signed was ‘Marigold’ which released in 2007 and had Salman Khan and an American actress "Ali" Larter in lead roles.
