Thriller films are Bobby Deol’s forte and he also played the negative character who is the prisoner of circumstances. His hit list includes Barsaat, Soldier, Gupt, Badal, Dostana, Humraaz, Badal, Bicchoo, Ajnabi etc. The film Gupt skyrocketed his career; his role in the film was very much appreciated. Originally known as Vijay Singh Deol, Bobby Deol was credited with the Filmfare Best Debut Award for his brilliant performance in “Barsaat” (1995).
