Hiromu Shinozuka was born in Fukuoka, Japan, on 27th March 1979. She is a famous manga artist from Japan. She has contributed to the prestigious “Ciao magazine.” She debuted with “Takkyu Shojo” in 1999. Shinozuka received the famous “Kodansha Manga Award” for children's manga in 2003. She also received the prestigious “Shogakukan Manga Award” for children's manga in 2004. She also wrote a 172-episode anime adaptation.
Hiromu Shinozuka worked for “Ciao Magazine.” “ Ciao Magazine” is a famous Japanese Shojo manga magazine for girls aged 8 to 14. Shogakukan published the novel. The magazine originally came out in 1977, and it always came with a gift. Earlier, the gift was paper crafts but now it varies from month to month. Ribon and Nakayoshi are two of the magazine's competitors. The imprint "Ciao Comics'' publishes Ciao's manga.
