She starred in the web series Snooki and Jwoww: Moms with attitude from 2015 to 2018, which debuted on go90 and acted moved on the M.T.V. YouTube channel. She worked as a babysitter for a while before to beginning her profession. Farley resided in Franklin Square, New York, on Long Island, for a year while she tried out for Jersey Shore.

Before Jersey Shore, Farley ran Jenni Farley Designs, Inc., a graphic design company. At the age of 23, Farley debuted on Jersey Shore in December 2009, when she shared a summer in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, with seven housemates, after filming the second season in Miami, Florida, the third season relocated back to New Jersey. The show returned to Seaside Heights for its final two seasons after filming a fourth season in Florence, Italy.

In October 2015, Farley and Roger Mathews tied the knot. Their two children are a son named Greyson, born on May 5, 2016, and a daughter named Meilani, born on July 13, 2014. Later, Farley and Roger got divorced in 2018. Then, Farley was romantically involved with Zack Carpinello, a professional wrestler. In December 2019, Farley announced her reconciliation on her Instagram page following a brief period of separation. As a surprise for Farley’s birthday in February 2021, the couple got engaged at the Empire State Building.
