Kevin Dunn

Kevin Dunn was born on 24 August 1956 in Chicago, U.S. He is an actor by profession and has been in the industry since 1986. He has been a part of various ventures as a supporting actor. His father is John Dunn, who is a musician and a poet and his mother, Margaret who is a nurse. He belonged to a Catholic family and received his education from Illinois Wesleyan University from where he graduated and received his doctorate. His sister Nora Dunn is also an actress and has been in the industry for a long time.

Kevin is an outstanding actor when it comes to playing small supporting roles in movies and TV series. He was a part of “Samantha, Who?” it was an ABC production which lasted for two years where Kevin played the role of Howard Newly. The show was a vice president who encounters a hit and runs case and develops amnesia from it, the show revolves around her life where she finally goes to live with her parents. Kevin was a part of the 1998 Godzilla movie where he plays as Col. Hicks and is about a fail nuclear test over a lizard which years later becomes a giant creature and attacks Japan, the footprints, skin, and other samples were collected for testing. The people come to know about this giant mutant who by then enter the New York City and destroys any life forms it encounters on its way. The movie received the mixed response at the box office and grossed a total of $390 million and based on the novel by Toho. He was also a part of the Ghostbusters 2 as Milton Angland, which released in 1989. Kevin was in the Transformers series where he played Ron Witwicky’s father in the Dark of the Moon and Age of Extinction; he will also in the 5th installment of the series which will release in the summers of 2017. Kevin’s other work included the Beach Boys, Lost, Law and Order, Prison Break, Mad Love, etc. in 2000; he was in Bette where he portrayed as Bette’s husband for the eleven episodes of the first season.

Kevin is married to Katina Alexander since 1986 and also has a child with her. The couple is happily married and has been together for all the ups and downs of the life. Kevin is an inspiring actor and his work in the industry is valuable.
