Sara Lima

Sara Lima is a sound recordist and production sound mixer located in London and Oslo. She has nearly two decades of experience in both film and documentary work. She is fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Sara Lima has completed her diploma course for Sound Recording for Film and T.V. from National Film and T.V. School in England. She attended Documentary Summer School in 2004 in La Femis, France. Sara completed her M.A. course in Location sound and Sound Post-production in Escuela Int. de Cine y T.V. Cuba. Sara is a member in The Association of Motion Picture Sound (A.M.P.S.), Institute of Professional Sound (I.P.S.) and Jury Member for 2019 R.T.S. Craft and Design Awards for Best Sound. Sara Lima is working on the Lena Dunham Netflix series “Too Much” for working title. She completed Tuesday, a fantasy film directed by Daina O. Pusic that is a mother-daughter narrative for A24, B.B.C. and B.F.I. Films.
