Angie Harmon is an American model and actress. Angela Michelle ‘Angie’ Harmon was born on 10th August 1972 in Highland Park, Texas, US. Her mother, Daphne Demar, is of Greek origin and father, Lawrence Paul ‘Larry’ Harmon is a hospital network executive in Dallas. She entered in modeling at a very young age. Harmon was the winner of the ‘Seventeen’ modeling contest in the year 1987. She went to Highland Park High School till 1990.In 1990, she was known as a model post her modeling career. She modeled for Giorgio Armani, Donna Karan, and Calvin Klein and also featured on the covers of Cosmopolitan, Esquire, and ELLE. Angie got engaged on 13th March 2000 to Jason Sehorn, the former NFL player. She was a guest on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’, on which Leno brought Sehorn as a surprise and Sehron proposed her by kneeling down. They got married on 9th June 2001. They are parents of three daughters namely Finley, Avery and Emery.
The couple got separated in November 2014.
David Hasselhoff discovered Angie on an airline flight. She started her acting career with the TV series ‘Renegade’ (1995); later she appeared in TV series as ‘
Baywatch’, ‘Baywatch Nights’ and ‘C-16: FBI’. Angie came to limelight when she appeared in the TV series ‘Law & Order’; she played the role of ADA Abbie Carmichael. She also did give her voice in the animated movie ‘Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker’ for the character Barbara Gordon. Angie made her entry to movies by the 1997 release ‘Lawn Dogs’. Further to concentrate on the film career she left ‘Law & Order’. Harmon appeared in the movies like ‘Good Advice’, ‘Agent Cody Banks’ (2003) in which she had a supporting role of CIA handler, she did political suspense ‘End Game’ in 2006.
In May 2008, she posed nude for the Allure magazine issue and became among the five actresses to pose nude for the magazine. She did an infomercial in 2010; she was the host of a stress management program, ‘UpLiv’. The same year she also appeared in a crime-drama TV series ‘Rizzoli & Isles’; she was honored with the Outstanding Female Actor in a Leading Role in Drama Series at Gracie Allen Awards, 2012 for her role.
