Shane Warne is a prominent cricketer in Australia who has played several international matches. Shane was born on 13th September 1969 in Upper Ferntree Gully, Australia. He studied at Hampton High School. He was offered a sports scholarship to attend Mentone Grammar School. Shane is a king of bowling, and he is considered one of the finest bowler hats in the world. He was the captain of the Australian cricket team in many ODIs.
In 1994, he was named one of the Wisden Cricketers of the Year. Warne is a right-handed batsman and bowler. He made his test debut against India in 1992. Shane also played on behalf of Victoria in domestic cricket. He took a total of one thousand international wickets. Warne has achieved a milestone in batting by scoring more than three thousand test runs without a career century and being the only batsman. Warne is a good football player too. After his retirement, he opened the Shane Warne Foundation, which cares for seriously ill and underprivileged children. But due to financial losses, it was closed in 2017. As per the first report, it is suspected that he would have died due to a massive heart attack. Only a few hours before his death, he condoled the death of Rodney Marsh, the former Australian wicketkeeper.
