If you crave for innovative business ideas and are willing to see crappy metal pieces being forged to original flourish, put Rick's Restoration on board for your next trip to Las Vegas. Rick's Restoration is a private business run by Dale family that has been running for more than thirty years today. It is open for public touring -10 A.M to 4 P.M on weekdays, and boasts of a rating of 4.5 on TripAdvisor. But how did a Restoration Shop end up being a tourist destination?? We are talking about Rick Dale's Restoration Shop which once synonymized with American Restoration - a reality show on Restoration Firm that first aired on History TV in 2010, and was loved for its artistically incredible Restorations by Rick Dale and family.

After a successful haul of 6 seasons on American Restoration, Rick Dale hooped up to celebrity status until the most recent season of 2016 where they fired him. Speculations hovered in the air about the reasons behind this decision, but, to make a real dig one should watch the latest season. As is the case with reality shows, History TV re-embodied its show by switching off to a panoramic view by covering five different Restoration Shops alongside a renewed cast among which the 6-season long Starrer Rick's Restoration Shop couldn't find any place.

Still, Rick had already built an immense fan base of astonished viewers and inspired Restoration Workers who resented this decision. Rick Dale, before coming to the limelight had a fair bit of recognition as an innovative Restoration Man in Vegas who converted one man's trash to other man's treasure, but the journey had started long ago. Rick reminisces his first ever restoration project at the age of 9 - a beat up bicycle which his dad found in the Junker. “If you want something you've got to earn it." - These words of his father still rest in Dale's memory which first motivated him to build up the bicycle.

At the age of 16, in 1967 he had a Jeep which he restored, and there was no questioning where this guy might end up. Learning a lot from his father, Rick craved for bikes and cars - At one point he owned 13 cars most of which he had restored. Rick has had the '51 Ford F100 Truck for 13 years, always trying to better it; the same which he often drove on his show. Gaining fame as a skilled restorer, he was invited to History TV's 'Pawn Stars' where he fixed antique pieces as Coke machine, barber chair, and a 1937 gas pump.

A year after the show, he debuted in American Restoration in October 2010 as a spin-off of Pawn Stars,, and fixed items ranging from oil wagon to x-ray shoe fitters. Rick has married twice and has a son named Tyler from his first marriage. After his divorce, he married Kelly Dale and had a daughter Ally Kat whom he is very much close to. Rick concedes that Tyler Dale is lazy, and is worried as he plans to hand down his business to him one day. Rick worked with his sibling Ron Dale whom he finds hard-managing. After getting fired from American Restoration in 2016, he has not been in the spotlight. On June of 2017, he posted a picture with his wife Kelly, seemingly satisfied with life, continuing his business and expecting tourists as well.
