Nispal debuted as a producer from the film Tiger (2007). His notable films as a producer are Paglu 2 (2012), Jaaneman (2012), Raangbaaz (2013), Arundhati (2014), Chaar (2014), Highway (2014), Herogiri (2014), Badshahi Angti (2014), Besh Lorechi Prem Korechi (2014), Jami 420 (2014), Power (2016), Kelor Kirti (2016), Love Express (2016), Byomkesh Pawrbo (2016), Jio Pagla (2016), Chaya O Chobi (2017), Sultan: The Saviour (2018), Girlfriend (2018), Baccha Shoshur (2018), Kidnap (2019), Bhootchakra Pvt. Ltd. (2019), Miss Call (2021), Sagardwipey Jawker Dhan (2019) and many more. He has also produced the web series Lalbazaar in 2020.
