Joy Bhattacharjee is a highly talented artist known for his talents such as Playback Singer, Stage Performer, Composer, Actor, and Concept Developer from Kolkata, West Bengal India. Joy completed his Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in political science and scored 70%. Joy was born into a precisely well-known musical Family, where his father Shri Parimal Bhattacharjee is an eminent playback singer in the Bengal music Industry, under his tutelage, started the musical journey. Got Training in Hindustani classical music from Shri Santanu Bandyopadhyay, Son of Pandit Amiya Ranjan Bandopadhaya of Bishnupur Gharana.

Also learned Ghazals, geet & semi-classical music from Dri Dilip Das, & Sri Baloo Dutta, a disciple of ghazal maestro Ghulam Ali Sahab. Learned Rabindra Sangeet from Sri Agnibha Bandyopadhyay. Later took training from Sri Indradeep Dasgupta & Sri Debasish Ganguly (eminent music director of the Bengal music industry), & also took vocal training from Sri Debjit Bera. Joy Musical Journey started in 2005-2006 when he released his firs Bengali album ‘Suranjana ‘from Prime Music.

Got nominated as the best debut album of the year from Zee Bangla. In 2006, he toured China, along with Zee Bangla. And then in 2006, he toured China, along with his group in 16 states, performing classic Hindi songs & also Chinese songs for Chinese audiences for the cultural exchange programs. In 2007, selected as a Top 12 finalist in Indian Idol 3, In 2008 & 2009 toured the USA & other native states, and performed old & contemporary Bollywood nos. & Bengali nos. Joy also sang more than 200 jingles in Bengali, Hindi & other languages.

In 2010.released his 2nd album “ Bristi Change to Make’’ from Cosmic Harmony, which got the highest appreciation from the music fraternity, selected as the top album in top chartbusters on FM radio for more than a year. Joy Sung many title songs & lead songs in major daily soaps in Star Jalsha, ETV Bangla, Zee Bangla, Sananda TV etc like Bhalobasha.
