Mr & Mrs. Chinnathirai Season 2 is a Tamil game show broadcast on the VIJAY channel. In the first episode, the celebrity couples are introduced to the audience. The couples make a grand entry one by one by performing on famous Tamil songs. The first couple is Ramya NSK Ramya NSK, the versatile awarded playback singer o >> Read More... and Sathya. The rest of the names of the couples are Anwar and Sameera, Vinothbabu and Hemalatha, Raghu and Thapa, Mookuthi Muruhan and Krishnaveni, Ramar and Krishnaveni, TSK and Vaishnavi, Palani Sangeetha and Anjali Prabakar. The second episode is the Shopping round. In this round, the husbands have to buy things from the supermarket. The couples are then paired in teams and have to collect some things in the right amount from the supermarket. The third episode is an extension of the first and the shopping round continues. In the fourth episode, husbands have to prepare dishes while their wives are sitting in a room giving them instructions. The fifth, sixth and seventh episodes are a continuation of the fourth episode and the judges choose the best dish. The eighth round is a dance competition. The ninth round tests the couple’s coordination in mental as well as physical activities. A quiz is conducted to choose this round’s winners. The tenth round consists of a dancing round for the couples. This round is not a competitive one but rather a fun round. The eleventh round is named ‘My Dear Machaan’. This is a revenge round in which the wives create difficult rounds for their husbands. The twelfth episode is a field trip in which the couples visit a village and play traditional games. In the thirteenth round, the couples relive their wedding. They have to wear wedding dresses which they wore during their original wedding. They share fun anecdotes about their wedding. They share pictures from their wedding day and then recreate that. They cannot look at that picture but try to imitate it to the fullest on the basis of their memory of what they remember. And then a new wedding album is created on the sets of this show.

The celebrity couples are made to compete against one another in different wedding based activities. Like finding the right sized bangle for their wives from a bunch of bangles and make them wear them. Some couples had a Christian wedding while some had a Tamil wedding. It is super fun to watch weddings from different cultures. Even the priest who performed the rituals in these celebrity couple’s wedding is present on the sets of this show. The hosts of this show Gopinath and Devadharshini make this show double entertaining and fun.
