Syed Anwar Ahmed

Syed Anwar Ahmed is an Indian film actor and film producer, popular amongst the audience for his work in TV shows like Pagal Nilavu, Rekka Katti Parakkudhu Manasu, Saravanan Meenatchi, etc. Mostly known for his predominant involvement in Tollywood movies, dramas, and theatres, he has often been known for his vital contributions to the Telegu film industry, both as an actor and producer. Born in Hyderabad on 19th March 1989, Syed completed his schooling from St. Mary’s High School.

After graduating from Sri Chaitanya College, he was pretty clear about the idea of filmmaking as a career option. In 2011, he made his debut as a producer and actor simultaneously with the Tamil TV show Pirivom Santhippom, starring Rachitha Mahalakshmi, Kalyani, and Dinesh Gopalsamy in lead roles.

Since then, he has come up with a lot of TV shows, especially on STAR Vijay and Zee Thamizh. In 2017, his film Pagal Nilavu won the Vijay Television Award for two categories, namely Award for Favorite Actor and Award for Favourite Screen Pair. The son of Shanoor Sana, Syed is currently engaged to Sameera Sharif and they will be tying the knot soon. Due to his work and commitments, he presently lives in Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu.
