Chakkara Bharani is a comedy serial telecasted in Surya TV. This was telecasted in the year 2011. This story takes place in a village called Chakkaramangalam. The competition between two family members leads to comedy scenes in the serial. Mother of both the family competes for Panchayath Elections and fight for the post. This ends them to be rude and jealous with each other and ends in fight every time they meet. Two families are close relatives as the boy of one family is married to girl of other family. This fight between the mothers of two family leads to another ego clash between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. This makes the people laugh as the fight and ego between the families has some comic sense.
