Sreekala Sasidharan

Sreekala Sasidharan now known as Sreekala Vipin, born on May 31, 1984 is an Indian actress who is mostly seen in Malayalam TV serials. She has also won Kalathilakam and is a trained classical dancer. After winning Kalathilakam, she got noticed by the media and she got a chance to anchor a music show in a local channel.

Her native place is Cherukkunnu, Kannur. She got married to her childhood friend Vipin, who is an IT professional and the couple has a son called Samved.

She started her acting career through the Malayalam serial “Veendum Jwalaayi” telecasted on Doordarshan. Though she has acted in many serials, it was the serial “Ente Manasaputri” which made her popular. Her character “Sophie” increased her fame among the family audience. After the success of “Ente Manasaputri” she was cast in the lead role in another mega serial called “ Amma AMMA is a Telugu drama serial aired from Monday to >> Read More... ” which is still being telecasted in Asianet. In between the serial, she got pregnant, but she rejoined the team after her delivery which shows her passion and dedication towards her work.

Her “next door girl” looks and image made her popular among the audience. Sreekala has been into the film industry, but she hasn’t got any lead roles as of now but acted in a few films in small roles.
