Rick wakes up from a coma to find everyone living in a post-apocalyptic world which was filled with Zombies. He reunites with his wife and children after many years. Rick becomes the leader of a resistance group he forms with other survivors in to fight against the Walkers. He also has to protect them against other surviving groups who are willing to do whatever necessary to ensure their longevity.

The Walkers are out to kill anyone or anything in their sites. If they bite or scratch a person, then they also start slowly becoming Zombies. Rick later discover that every single human contains the Walker gene and if they die of any natural causes, they turn into Zombies. So the only way to stop that from happening is to either damage the brain or by completely destroying the bodies. Season three introduced a new main character who calls himself The Governor.

Andrea finds herself in a small town of survivors called Woodberry, and The Governor controls it. He is not hesitant to attack other survivor groups for supplies. So Andrea along with the help of his assistant tries to convince him not to do that anymore. But he doesn’t listen. He mounts an attack on the Prison but loses horribly. So he kills most of his own men and sets off with three others. He will surely be back for revenge and will be the one to look out for in Season4.

Rick’s wife dies while giving birth and his son puts a bullet into her so that she wouldn’t turn into a Walker. Rick struggles with the death of his wife and slowly starts to lose his mind. Season three ended with Rick bringing all of Woodberry’s very young, old and sick to live at the Prison and show that helping each other is what the apocalypse is all about. Watch as The Prison is under attack in Season4. Everyone gets separated and are on the road again. After the confines of the Prison are broken, they have to stay resilient and fight.

Watch Rick and Carl fight together and have many Father-Son moments and also the others as they desperately try to hang on and find survivors. Season 4 promises to become the best season of The Walking Dead yet.
