Bishaash is a Bengali and Bangladeshi Supernatural television series that premiered on October 16, 2010, and ended on March 18, 2011. It was broadcast on BTV and produced by the BBC World Service. Lora Choudhry wrote three episodes, Selim Gias Uddin wrote twenty-three, Jo Ho wrote six, Farhana Islam wrote two, and so on. Waris Islam directed the first nine episodes, Sameer Ahmad directed the next six, Indra Bhose directed the fifth, and Selim Gias Uddin directed the sixth. The plot revolves around Zara Rahman, a young girl who is an influential person with high values and a curious mind. Following her grandfather's death, she learned she had inherited a co-ownership in an antique shop in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She then relocated to Dhaka, where she discovered a shop and a place to live. She met a Supernatural detective one day who investigates Supernatural activities.
