Radhakrishnan for ‘Anandabadhram’. M. Jayachandran was the winner of the Best Male Playback Singer award for ‘Nottan’ and, K. S.Chithra received the award for the Best Female Playback Singer. Nottan also had another feather in his cap that the Best Lyricist award went to Ponkunnam Damodaran. Aryadan Shoukath received the Best Story award for Daivanamathil. The film cannot become worthy without the proper Art Direction. The Best Art Direction award went to Sunil Babu for the movie Anandabadhram.
