Plot
Inspector Neelakandan’s son is Thiruchitrambalam. After the death of his wife and daughter, he stays with his son Thiruchitrambalam and his aged father, Thiruchitrambalam. Jr Thiruchitrambalam is fondly called Pazham by his friends. Though he studied well, he works in a food delivery company. Pazham has a close friend, Shobana. He shares his A to Z with her. He had a love affair with Ranjani, but it failed, and he started loving Anusha. Will Anusha – Pazham make a good pair? What is Shobana’s part in this? The rest of the film deals with this.
Star Performance
Dhanush has done a good job, as usual. Natural acting is a cakewalk for Nithya Menen, who did justice to the given role. Prakash Raj and Bharathiraaja are good in the assigned roles. The rest of the stars are good.
Analysis
The story is a combination of various hit friendship and love dramas, which we had enjoyed in the past. Though the story has no new twists, turns, and surprises, the comedy and romance work well. The dialogues are good. A few illogical scenes irk the audience. Nithya excels in many places and gets applause from the audience. Bharathiraaja is a good choice for the grandpa role. Prakash Raj didn’t get anything new. For years, he had been doing the villain roles, and now he has been doing the same old father who always has a tug of war with his son. The music by Anirudh is decent. The cinematography is good.

Though the film has nothing new to offer, it is a good time pass with some good dialogues and performances of the versatile stars.
