Plot
Pichaikkaran 2 revolves around the life of Sathya, a doppelganger of one of the wealthiest men in India, aka Vijay. Vijay’s subordinates and doctors crave his wealth and take a heinous step to conquer his empire. They transplant Vijay’s mind into Sathya and force him to act like one of the wealthiest men in India. Sathya himself is confused as to what’s happening to him. Sathya has had a very harsh childhood. He belongs to the slums, and his sister was a victim of human trafficking as a child. Sathya has served several years in juvenile jail and is now out to find the person responsible for his sister’s misfortune and kill them.
As Sathya adjusts to being a billionaire, he kills Vijay’s subordinates who devised this plan. The officials are suspicious of Sathya impersonating Vijay, so he comes up with the Anti Bikili fund to help poverty reduction in India.

The most appreciated talent in this entire movie is none other than Vijay Antony, who plays the pivotal role. He plays two roles, a wealthy man Vijay, and Sathya, a typical body. Both these roles are worlds apart and require sheer attention to detail for accurate delivery. Vijay gets into the skin of both these characters, his expressions and dialogue delivery appealing to the audience. Undoubtedly, his role as Sathya or Vijay is commendable.
Analysis
Pichaikkaran 2 explores themes of social cause and suspense. It also serves as an eye-opener. The conflict begins when Sathya, is forced to adopt a life that he used to condemn the most.
The movie tries to blend the elements of thriller and suspense. It also focuses on giving the audience a social message, imparting wisdom to them, and it does succeed.
