Plot
Two groups of people in Kurangani have a 3000-year-old enmity. Yazhi is a village in the Kurangani area. People living in the foothills of Kurangani have an eye on Yazhi’s idol. They plan to rob it during the festival. At the same time, another group tries to loot it with the help of the forest officer. Will the guard, Senguttuvan, save the idol? The rest of the story follows this.
Star Performance
Vimal is basically a good actor. But his performance in this film is not satisfactory. Srushti Dange is quite decent in her role. Mahima is okay in her role. John Vijay’s volume is louder than his performance. Yogi Babu’s comedy didn’t work out.
Analysis
The story is simple, and it has nothing unique. We would’ve heard about the enmity between the two factions for years, but this film enlarged the count to 1000s of years. The director should’ve focused on the writing and getting the work done from the talented artists. The villain’s role should’ve been penned better. The comedy portions are not interesting. Many scenes have continuity issues. There are a lot of logical loopholes and unwanted sequences. The cinematography is the only significant plus in the film. The songs are just okay. The BGM should’ve been better.
