Plot
Dr Arjun Balakrishnan is running a women’s wellness centre, where IVF treatment is the primary business. Initially, Arjun was a kind-hearted man, but success goes to his head, making him egoistic. However, he is shattered when he learns that he has the same issue, and hence, his wife Swathi couldn’t conceive a child normally. Though he knows the problem well, it didn’t lessen his ego but hyped it up. In return, he loses his peace in personal as well as professional lives. What will be his next step to solve the issues? The rest of the film speaks about this.
Star Performance
Unni, who was seen as a terror in his previous outing, “Marco,” has returned with a normal role. Though his looks are good and his performance is decent, we get a feeling that something is missing. Nikhila is decent in her role. Surabhi Lakshmi and Sudeesh appear in small roles, doing their part well.
Analysis
The film starts with Arjun’s character from a different angle and his sensitive side. But, the character gets deviated, and his character longs only for fame and money. This makes the audience sideline Arjun, even in the scenes in which he is important. Only during the climax scene, does the audience get interested. If the writing had been better, it would’ve made the audience watch the entire film with some interest. The character could’ve been penned differently. Though there are some that spoiled the film due to its weak writing, there are a few scenes that make the writers proud, especially the scene when Arjun understands his duty. The film also showcases the celebrities’ surrogacy and its effects.
