Children's Park is a comedy entertainer directed by Shafi. The film has the star cast of Vishnu Unnikrishnan, Dhruvan, “ Sharafudheen,” Hareesh Kanaran, Joy Mathew, Shivaji Guruvayoor, Balachandran Chullikkadu and Sreejith Ravi.

Plot

Two friends are on a money hunt. A guy who has some political influence joins them and assures them that he would help them to fulfill their needs. How will they get money? Did they get stuck with any issues? Watch the film to know the comedy galatta of three idiots.

Star Performance

Vishnu Unnikrishnan perfectly matches the role. His comedy counters and body language impress the audience. Sharafudeeen and Dhruvan did a good job as well. Although there are heroines, they don’t have much screen space and it’s a complete guys’ game.

Analysis

Rafi and Shafi had designed the script well. The screenplay is also impressive. But, the length of the film should have been trimmed. The production and technical values are decent. The casting team had picked right actors; especially Vishnu Unnikrishnan. The audience laugh out loud in the first half and it is a complete entertainer, but the second half is a bit lagging. The makers inserted a message and hence the screenplay had to be stretched and it tests the patience. If the editor had trimmed 15 to 20 minutes in the second half, the film would have got a good reach.

What’s There?

  • The stars had performed well
  • Script and screenplay are good

What’s Not There?

  • Second half should have been trimmed

Verdict

If the director had concentrated a bit extra in the second half and trimmed the length, it would have been a complete entertainer. Yet, the film is watch-worthy!
