The ex commando turned director has hit back at the people who criticized his decision to make a movie on Operation Sindoor. According to the recent reports, Major Ravi has decided to make a war drama on Operation Sindoor, a series of cross border strikes executed on terror launchpads in Pakistan as a retaliation for the Pahalgam attacks which occurred in April 2025. He has been accused of promoting hatred and capitalizing on nationalism.

However, Major Ravi has made it clear that nothing is above the national interests, and he welcomes the online attacks. He hopes that the audience will give a befitting reply by making the movie successful.

Major Ravi was last seen in the mystery thriller Kishkindha Kaandam, which starred Asif Ali, Vijayaraghavan, and Aparna Balmurali in the lead roles. The movie turned out to be a massive hit at the box office when it released last year.
