Plot
Chandro and Prakashi are sisters-in-law. They live in a huge joint family in a village. One fine day the 60-year-old ladies find out that they have some talent in the shooting. Dr Yashpal, the physician cum shooting instructor, hosts a competition in the village and these two sisters in law take part in that and grab the medals. They started to develop their skills and the men in their house could not guess what they are doing. Impressed by them, their granddaughters started following them. But an incident in their life put an end card to their game. What's that? Watch the movie for an interesting twist and surprises!
Star performance
Bhumi Pednekar and Taapsee Pannu are in top form. They have done the superb roles, which the makers offered them with a lot of trust in them. Their body language and dialogue delivery are fantastic. Prakash Jha had done an excellent job and impresses the audiences.
Analysis
It's not easy to take up the role that’s double their age. Bhumi Pednekar and Taapsee Pannu, who are not yet married had boldly taken up the grandmothers’ roles. Congratulations, girls! They perfectly fit in the role and carry the entire film with ease. The characters are well designed, especially Prakash Jha’s and he is fantastic with his performance. The music and cinematography are superb and a couple of songs are entertaining well. The performance of the stars and the dialogues are excellent. But, the prosthetic makeup done to the lead actresses is unimpressive. It doesn't suit them. The editing is not up to the mark and if they had trimmed a few scenes, then the movie would have attracted the audiences completely. Similarly, some of the sequences between the lead actresses, seem to be repetitive. However, the director put everything intact with his narration.

Verdict
A good performance by Taapsee and Bhumi! There are a few drawbacks in the film, but the women empowerment movie is brilliantly made!
