Mitron” is scripted by Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam and directed by Nitin Kakkar and the movie is produced by Vikram Malhotra. The movie has the star cast of Jackky Bhagnani, Kritika Kamra, Pratik Gandhi, Neeraj Sood and Shivam Parekh. Mitron is the adaptation of Pelli Choopulu, the hit Telugu film. The film has the music composition of Tanishk Bagchi, Yo Yo Honey Singh, “Vayu,” Sameer Uddin, Lijo George - DJ Chetas and Abhishek Nailwal. The movie has the background score of Sameer Uddin.

Jay is a carefree youngster and Avni is a strong woman who is clear with her next step. Both of them belong to the middle-class family and not even a single character matches each other. But their parents want them to get married soon. What happens when they tie the knot? Will their life be smooth? Watch the movie in theatres!

Star Performance

Kritika Kamra has done her job well as a strong lady and her screen presence is good. But Jackky Bhagnani has to improve his acting skills. His performance is not good as expected. Pratik Gandhi, Shivam Parikh and the other supporting stars including Neeraj Sood had done their part well.

Although the script is new to Bollywood, the film could not recreate the magic that was made by Pelli Choopulu in Telugu. Jackky Bhagnani is not an apt choice for the role. The music is not at all impressive. The songs test the patience of the viewers and similarly the BGM fell flat. The script is not developed well and the narration didn't attract.

What's There?

  • Performance of Kritika Kamra and the debutant stars are good

What's Not There?

  • The script and screenplay are not much impressive
  • Narration needs a lot of practice
  • Music is unimpressive

The film is not a must watch one. If you have no more films to watch for this weekend, then you can try out Mitron!
