Cash is a hindi action thriller film directed by Anubhav Sinha that features an ensemble of cast. Now let’s see how this 2007 turned out to be.

The movie is all about the ace don Ajay Devgn who hunts for the valuable diamond with the help of the robbers ( Esha Deol, Zayed Khan, Dia Mirza and Ritesh Deshmukh) to possess the diamond present in South Africa. The group gets threat from the underworld don ( Suniel Shetty) along with another group Head of Security ( Shamita Shetty) and how the three groups manage to compete with each other for the ultimate eternal prize, Cash forms the rest of the story.

Star Performance:

Ajay Devgn gels with the role of an ace don and the stunts done by him are amazing. Shamita Shetty actually does well in the film, with her appearance but does not score in the acting area. Esha Deol, is hot with her performance only for the dance numbers. Riteish Deshmukh excels as an emerging star. Diya Mirza has done her part with a moderate performance.

The movie had plenty of action sequences with the sound track to support it, that was just terrible that make you close your ears. If the action sequences occurred in an interesting way that was believable, then the background sound would have not been a big deal. But when there are plenty of action sequences, they are just causing a distraction. The attention to the title song could have been given to the script to make “Cash” a better collection in the box office.

What is there?

1. Ajay Devgn’s performance is stunning in the action scenes.

2. The title song is good, music by Vishal-Shekhar needs a mention.

What’s not there?

1. The screenplay has plenty of loopholes in the logic.

2. The acting scope for the actors is a hurdle in the film.

3.  Too many unrealistic stunt scenes.

Cash gives value for money on stunts but sure to leave you disappointed with the story.
