Ravi Walia is an Indian cinematographer/ Director of Photography and film producer. He started his career as a producer in the year 2006 with Vicky Chopra’s Bollywood action film, Fight Club – Members Only. He went on to produce few more Bollywood films including De Taali (2008), Fun in the Army (2010), People of Allah (2010), and Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain (. It was also in 2006 when he started working as a cinematographer for Anubhav Sinha’s Hindi film, Tathastu.
Since then, he started working as a cinematographer and has worked in films like Darna Zaroori Hai (2006), Cash (2007), Raaz: The Mystery Continues (2009), Right Yaaa Wrong (2010), Accident on Hill Road (2010), Crook: It’s Good to be Bad (2010), Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji (2011), Murder 2 (2011), Table No. 21 (2013) and the recently released Bollywood film, Irada (2017). Ravi is married to Shabia, a media professional, who founded the Wild Earth and one of the core team who started Sahara TV’s Sahara Samay. They have a daughter named Sia.
