Plot

The story is based on how the criminals escape from the punishment after doing serious crimes including robbery, sexual abuse and murder. Dalit women led by a social activist take action against the criminal. But they are put behind the bars and an advocate backs them and appears before law in favor of them. But, the issue becomes unnoticed. It comes to the limelight after the Mumbai Women’s Right Commission and the Fact Finding Committee decide to bring justice to the women.

Star Performance

Amol Palekar, Pradhuman Singh Mall, Ishtiyak Khan Ishtiyak Arif Khan is an Indian movie and stage ac >> Read More... , and Saloni Batra did their best. Rinku Rajuru did a fantastic job and wins the hearts of the audience. Indraneil’s screen presence is limited, yet he has done his best.

Analysis

Sarthak Dasgupta has done a good job by getting into the story straight away without unnecessarily dragging the story. The stars are rightly cast and they fit well in the roles. The cinematography and BGM are okayish. The production values are good too. The characters are designed well. The socio-political problem is dealt properly without much controversial statements. However, certain Scenes lack powerful dialogues and filming.

The film comes with some good messages with good performances. If certain characters had been strongly dealt with, then the film would have reached well. However, it is watchable once!
