Plot

 Lucky is a wedding performer. He is in love with Rupali, who does flower decorations at weddings. Rupali is from a wealthy family, So, Lucky wishes to earn quickly to get her married. He devises a plan with his friends to rob an eCommerce portal’s truck, thinking that it would have got electronic gadgets and by selling them, he could become rich. But, to their shock, they received contraceptives instead of gadgets. What would he do? The rest of the story deals with how he manages to settle in life.

Star Performance

Aparshakti Khurana excels in his role. His body language and the dialogue delivery are fantastic. With his expressions, he easily makes the audience laugh. Abhishek Banerjee and Ashish Verma did a good job, and so does Pranutan.

Analysis

The director Satram Ramani has moved the story interestingly with right-ordered sequences. The writing is also good. Aparshakti is the right choice for this role, and he satisfied the director’s expectations for the character. The one-liners written by Rohan Shankar are effective and bring giggles. The BGM and cinematography are okayish.

  • A few logical loopholes

Verdict

Although the film is not suitable for all ages, the making of the concept is appreciable. With the performance and direction, Helmet attracted the targeted viewers.
