Analysis
The film faced turbulent waters regarding its release to mainstream audiences. The movie kept changing hands between different labels and was finally released by Paramount Pictures in 2017. Director Van Looy and writer Wesley Strick, known for their expertise in thriller movies, do a wonderful job, for the tightly knit suspense thriller. The cinematography was skillfully shot for its fast-paced filming of different scenes, laden heavy with somber yet thrilling background music, which adds to the emotions of the scenes and characters. Performances by Rachel Taylor bring out the vulnerability of human relationships. The dialogues are tightly written, giving ample hints to keep the audience engaged in the movie. While the music, at times, seems to drown out the subtle hints in the scenes, it just adds to the thrill of finding out who the real killer is. However, its theme of extramarital affairs does sit well as a viewer. However, the movie is an average package for a one-time watch given its old-style theatrics and thrilling experience. The romance between the main characters Chris and Ann adds sweet moments to the intense thriller.

Verdict
The movie starts with great suspense and builds on it till the very end. Essentially, the cinematography and the cast ensemble did a great job. The emotional attachment and test of human emotions are displayed raw in the film. The cast is to be praised especially, otherwise the script would have fallen apart. However, the potential of the movie is lost midway when the guessing game bores you out. There is simply no end to it, until the very end. The film brings no originality to the genre it falls in. Overall the movie is a fun one-time watch and an average addition to the erotic thriller fan film list. Nothing more.
