), a cute couple with two kids at present, fell in love during their college days and got married. In spite of so much of responsibilities, they managed to keep their sexual life active as much as possible. Annie comes across ‘The joy of sex’ and thinks about filming herself with Jay in all possible positions. After an erotic ride, Annie asks Jay to erase the recording. But unfortunately, the video gets synchronized to many other devices that they gave away. How did they face the people? What they did to destroy the video is seen in the second half of the movie.
It was tough to guess the tone of the second half of the movie. It was in a midway between hard comedy and kind hearted moments. It failed to be a complete comedy movie, as it was being expected by the audience before release. The funniest part of the movie can be the scene when Diaz and Segel visit Hank’s house to retrieve a copy of their tape.
Production designer Jefferson Sage has done a good job in making the house give a bizarre feel in a funny way. The chemistry showed by the couple is so natural. The way they perform all such silly acts makes the couple even more cute. The director’s previous venture ‘Bad teachers’ had a good amount of comedy whereas in this movie, at times the story track and comedy sequence goes unrelated. Most of the humor is based on getting embarrassed.
Verdict: The movie could have been the best if it had been on the track. It successfully satisfies the youngsters and new couples.
