Yes, it is “Poo Poo.”
In a recent interview, Barrymore opened this nickname with which she calls her friend.
She said, "I have never felt comfortable with this, sort of, a camaraderie of famous people. I have known Poo Poo since I was 14 years old. We just happened to know each other before her career started, and I was working in a coffee house trying to re-figure out my life. So in a weird way, it doesn't even count with us."
