Karthi In A Clean Shaven Look!

Karthik Sivakumar, who made his debut in “Oopiri” with Akkineni Nagarjuna and Tamannaah Bhatia, is gearing up for his next in Telugu. He will be seen next in “Duet,” directed by Mani Ratnam. This is a dubbed version of Tamil film, Kaatru Veliyidai. Dil Raju, who had released Mani Ratnam’s “O Kadhal Kanmani” in Telugu as “Ok Bangaram,” will be releasing Karthi starrer. The film has Bollywood actress, Aditi Rao Hydari in the lead role. The latest poster of the film shows Karthi in a clean shaven look. The film is expected to hit the screens in March. Already, a Tamil dubbed film of the same name was released in 1994. The film directed by “K. Balachander” had “Prabhu,” Prakash Raj, Meenakshi Seshadri and Ramesh Aravind. The film also had the music composition by “A R Rahman.” Earlier, Mani Ratnam had booked Sai Pallavi in the lead role. Later, he replaced her with Aditi. Now, Sai is working in Telugu in “Fida” with Varun Tej under the direction of Shekhar Kammula.
