Thaman Opens Up On Guntur Kaaram Backlash And Subsequent Comeback

Music composer Thaman S recently opened up on the backlash he received for Guntur Kaaram and his subsequent comeback.

While the movie was not a huge box office success, Thaman’s music for the film definitely was. Although he made his Hindi debut with Varun Dhawan’s cop drama Baby John, Thaman tasted his first success with Sunny Deol’s JAAT, which also marked the Hindi debut for director Gopichandh Malineni. The title track of the movie, as well as the BGM, influenced the movie’s success, despite attempts by certain critics to make it a flop.
