Why Action Against Simbu Put On Rest?

Following the complaint made by the producer Michael Rayappan, who produced Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan with “Silambarasan” that the actor hadn’t attended the shooting properly and that is the reason why the film suffered a huge loss. It was said that Simbu would be stopped from committing new films and his present commitments will also be canceled. But, nothing happened. It is said that Gnanavel Raja, who was responsible for the actions against Simbu, resigned his post as Producer Council's joint Secretary and hence the issue has been put to rest. Simbu, who committed doing a film under the direction of Mani Ratnam attended the workshop hosted by the director and took a selfie with him. He posted the selfie and indicated that none could bar him from playing under Mani Ratnam. The shooting will start from the third week of January. The film also has Jyothika Saravanan, Aishwarya Rajesh, Fahadh Faasil, Vijay Sethupathi and Arvind Swamy.
