The Council should not be active just for namesake, says Visu. “We are hearing the same names for years. Why should not we send them to home?” asks Visu. The election will be held tomorrow at Kandaswamy Naidu College in Anna Nagar, Chennai. The voting starts at 8:00 AM and closes at 4:00 PM. At sharp 4 o’clock, the gates will be closed and the people, who entered the booth on time, will be allowed to vote. The counting starts at 5 PM and the result will be announced immediately.
