When discussed this, Visu and Piraisoodan didn’t come to discuss, says Bhagyaraj. Later, they had said that there is a trust in connection with the association and the money in the association had been transferred to the trust. It is heard that Visu, Piraisoodan and Madhumita had formed the trust without consulting with the members. Now, they say that Association is different from the Trust. Rs. 37 Lakh was transferred from the association to the trust and hence the new office bearers filed a police complaint against the former executives.
