Although the rescue services in Nagapattinam, Thanjavur and other Gaja cyclone-affected districts are going at a brisk pace, some people share fake news and confuse the people. It is the government EB people, who are really working hard to restore the Gaja affected areas. They risk their lives and work for the public, which many of the people are unaware of. Hope, you would have understood after seeing the picture. The EB worker is repairing the electric lines that are affected in Gaja. A small request to the government is, “Please provide them with some safety equipment.” An EB worker named Murugesan, who belongs to Thiruchengodu, who was doing the restoring work got a huge electric shock due to the reverse current. He was admitted to the hospital and had been receiving the treatment. But, it is really saddening to hear that he died, as his body couldn’t recuperate to the medicines. May his soul rest in peace! Our deepest condolences to his family!
