“ Sarjun,” the director, who has been in talks of the movie audiences, made his entry into the film industry with “ Sathyaraj” and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar starrer Echarikkai Idhu Manithargal Nadamadum Idam. His second film is “ Airaa” with Lady Superstar “ Nayanthara.” Airaa is gearing up to hit the screens on 28th March 2019. Lakshmi is a short Film directed by Sarjun that created a huge controversy and it affected the director, as people attacked not only him but his family with their comments. Sarjun also says that Airaa is not only a horror film but a journey of two characters. For the first time, Nayan plays dual roles. Sarjun says that he has handled a social issue in Airaa, but not a social message. People will take some memories from the theaters after watching Airaa, states Sarjun.
